World Cup 2018: Final results of round 16.

Following the conclusion of eight matches in the round of 16 at the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia on Tuesday, below are the final results:

FT: France 4-3 Argentina

FT: Uruguay 2-1 Portugal

FT(P): Spain 1(3)-1(4) Russia

FT (P): Croatia 1(3)-1 (2) Denmark

FT: Brazil 2-0 Mexico

FT: Belgium 3-2 Japan

FT: Sweden 1-0 Switzerland

FT(P): Colombia 1(3)-1(4) England

The winners in the last sixteen have advanced to the quarter-final stage which gets underway today at the Nizhny Novgorod Stadium, with Uruguay taking on 1998 champions, France.

Below are the dates and time for the quarter-final fixtures:

Uruguay vs France on Friday, July 6, 3pm.

Brazil vs Belgium on Friday, July 6, 7pm.

Sweden vs England on Saturday July 7, 3pm.

Russia vs Croatia on Saturday July 7, 7pm.

            I actually think they tried in their second match. The players didn’t seem to have experience with World Cup. I suppose next time they will do way better. Rooting for them for next World Cup lol

            1. Haha you saying they tried by beating Iceland that drew with Argentina and they couldn’t play draw with the Argentina’s worst team ever. Btw Nigeria had 8 good years to prepare for this WC.
